The Challenge

Every CRM on the market wanted us to choose: pay for the kanban tier, pay extra for sequences, pay again for AI features, then bolt on a third-party dialer and another vendor for call analytics. The integration tax alone was higher than the licenses. So we did what we tell every customer they can do — described what we needed and let Arkitekt build it.

  • Lead pipeline with kanban and table views, deal values, follow-up reminders, tagging, and lead assignment
  • Automated lead ingestion from Meta Lead Ads, plus a webhook API for any external source (Zapier, n8n, custom forms)
  • AI email generation against any OpenAI-compatible provider, Anthropic, or local Ollama models
  • Campaign builder with live audience preview, AI copy generation, and one-click send via Mailgun or Microsoft Graph
  • Multi-step email sequences with configurable delays and per-lead enrollment
  • Auto-dialer with inbound and outbound calling, plus GenAI-powered call transcription and post-call analytics
  • Reporting dashboard with conversion funnel, source attribution, pipeline value, and 30-day lead trends
  • Multi-user access with admin/user roles, Docker-deployed, SQLite persistence with bind-mounted volumes
